El estudio abrió sus puertas en los primeros años de los 80´s, aunque recién en 1991 se relanzó con el nombre Grupo 19, el número al revés de su año de nacimiento. Hoy continúa su recorrido bajo el nombre G19.

Desde el inicio, y producto de la relación con familiares y amigos, el estudio se orientó casi naturalmente hacia la arquitectura comercial, sin dejar de incursionar en paralelo en viviendas, fábricas y oficinas.

A partir de 1991 se fue consolidando la decisión de crear una empresa de arquitectura, que de respuesta a las necesidades de otras empresas, como es el diseño y construcción de sus espacios comerciales y de trabajo.

Dentro de ese universo, siempre existió una afinidad especial con el rubro comercial, por su carácter creativo y la posibilidad de integrar el diseño arquitectónico con el diseño industrial, gráfico y publicitario.

Lo que aquí se puede observar es una mínima parte de lo realizado: una muestra fugaz de la experiencia acumulada a lo largo de todos estos años.
